About The Band:
The River Kings performing live at The Black Bear
The band is fronted by
Cary Fishman on lead vocals and guitar. Cary was a mainstay on
the Toronto R & B scene throughout the 90's performing at The Chicken Deli, Chicago's,
OV's, Downtown Browns and many more clubs on the Toronto circuit. Family and life put a
hiatus on his musical career. Now that the kids are grown up, he's back at it again.
Ron Johnston (Bass) is a staple bass player on the Toronto jazz scene. His stand up bass
lines add a sophistication to the sound and groove of
The River Kings' music.
The River Kings performing live at The Queen's Legs
Aaron Knight (Drums, percussion) is very active on the Toronto blues scene. Aaron has an
innate sympathetic and rhythmical instinct that gives
The River Kings their distinctive
Muskoka Rock vibe.
The River Kings are available for live performances in Clubs, Restaurants, Festivals and
private engagements.
